The program consists of three stages:

Week 1 – Aligning with Purpose:

• Leverage proven frameworks to craft an effective purpose statement that will resonate across your organisation and with key stakeholders.
• 1:1 strategy session to finalise your purpose statement and explore its practical application in successful ESG implementation.

Week 2 – Prioritising ESG Initiatives:

• Cut through the noise to focus on the initiatives that create most value, while ensuring you meet critical regulations and stakeholder requirements.
• Apply an effective decision-making framework to group and prioritise ESG initiatives according to alignment with purpose and external urgency.
• 1:1 strategy session to review your shortlist and confirm a focused set of initiatives that drive measurable results.

Week 3 – Linking ESG to Financial Performance

• Identify how each shortlisted initiative can positively impact performance, then translate these into financial terms by setting KPIs and measurable targets.
• Understand frameworks for building effective action plans to support successful implementation and unlock the full financial upside.
• 1:1 strategy workshop to map financial linkages for each initiative and establish best practice for building action plans that drive measurable results.
